Implementation

The franchise clinic holder will provide:
The Infrastructure
Equipments and facilities
Operational expenses
Supportive facilities
Franchise Deposit

The Hospital will provide and undertake:
The right to use the title and goodwill of the hospital
The staff and operations
Referral support
Expert consultancy in management
Marketing and Developmental consultancy


The Franchise Clinic

It should not be located within the present catchments of the hospital
It or the holder should not have a negative image
It should be a marketed and manageable institution
It can be a new institution
It should be self-sufficient with supportive facilities
It should have financial stability


The Contract

The hospital and the franchise clinic holder will enter into a mutual legal contract
The minimum tenure for the contract will be five years and after that extended or declined by mutual decision
If the decision is to dissolve the contract, the right to use the title of the hospital will be withdrawn by the hospital.


The Finance

The clinic holder has to meet all the expenses
Either a fixed franchise fee or the share of the profit should be parted with the hospital
The hospital will collect an interest-free franchise deposit from the clinic holder and will be refunded only on the termination of the contract period.
The account will be operated jointly.

The financial background and stability of the clinic holder
Capability to support with the auxiliary services and facilities
Goodwill and image of the existing clinic and the holder
Market study and catchment analysis
Projection of the progress and profit
Growth prospects and obstacles for development
